                                                                    The Highest Discipline

This is the dispensation of The Highest Exercise. It heals all ills and stimulates Immortal Life. It is a very easy process. Yet because of the subtlety of what we exercise it is necessary to record The Golden Rule to protect The Aspirant from backsliding in life. For this Most Supreme Devotion can be easily forgotten, causing one to lose grasp and stumble into sickness or emotional despair, which is The Killer Of The Sons Of Manu. I speak neither figuratively nor allegorically in saying that the one who practices this discipline will live indefinitely, staving off illness and prolonging life by hundreds or even thousands of years! Those perfected ones are granted passage into The Spiritual Sky without leaving the body; but this is a matter between them and The Infinite. If we activate Our Sixth Sense through the stilling of our minds by prayer and meditation, we tap into Kriya (or Prana) the creative breath which holds all life in place. One must simply resist constant focus on temporal enjoyments; making sure that the mind is not constantly fixating on what is to be enjoyed later; for such an ill obsession prevents The Higher Mind from playing it's Immortal Role in our journey. This is the lesson we were all sent here to learn. Apart from The Identity of The Almighty, it is the most important truth of all. Here are the simple steps to Sustaining Kriyah:

1. Activate Kriyah by resisting any selfish enjoyment (for that enjoyment will be what you think you most want). This renunciation will allow the redirection of focus to it's proper function; nobility!

2. Live life as you normally would, resting in the assurance that life is yours to enjoy; and wait for The Enlightenment. Keep your mind as checked and relaxed as possible.  Calm Yourself regularly.

3. When The Enlightenment comes relish it, but not too much. It can be over indulged, causing you to mirror like indulgence of  temporal pleasures and reject true soundness of mind.

4. Continue daily in this process without discrimination; (or the regarding of one enjoyment as more dear than another, not even spiritual enjoyment).

5. Lastly be mindful as your temporal enjoyments become eternal, possibly entreating you to forget and neglect The Sixth Sense, Your Higher Mind. Be like a child, who feels joy continuously.

6. This is The Golden Rule; The Most Supreme Discipline and Truest Devotion. It is very simple, yet eternally effective!

Aumen
